My Journey
My journey began in Canada and Hawaii, where I relished my role as a nanny and counted my blessings for life's opportunities. Transitioning into a qualified Early Years Practitioner, I spent over 35 rewarding years in Education, overseeing our day nursery and out-of-school club. Married with three incredible grown-up children who've embarked on their unique paths, I couldn't be prouder.
However, life took an unexpected turn in 2016 when I was bitten by sandflies in the remote Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Faced with deteriorating health and no clear answers from the medical world, I found myself navigating a complex web of issues – inflammation, chronic fatigue, histamine imbalances, pain, detached retinas, and leaky gut. My immune system was compromised, forcing me to make a crucial decision: succumb to the chronic health decline or take charge.

I Chose to Fight
It was a challenging journey that took many hours and five years of research and trial and error, but I emerged on the other side, reclaiming my well-being and shedding 35lbs, which significantly impacted my overall health.

My Mission
During my own struggle, I longed for someone to guide me through the confusion, to advise me on the first steps, dietary choices, and immediate actions that could offer relief. Now, I'm that person for others.
You don't have to endure the five-year odyssey I did to unearth the vital information. The internet can overwhelm you, especially when you're already unwell. It would be far better if you had a lifeline, a bridge to guide you efficiently to a place of wellness. That's where I come in. I am that bridge, leading you to the other side – a place of sustained health, not just a break from disease.
Consider the Queen of the United Kingdom, who, despite passing away at 96, enjoyed a long and healthy life. That's the longevity I envision for you – vibrant, thriving health.
